German: Meta-Directory

Central user directory that combines and consolidates all relevant system wide information on an Identity (i.e. usually an Entity). The IDM Engine then uses this "pivotal movement" to synchronise all connected systems as necessary.

Technical Basis for the FAU's Meta-Directory is the Novell eDirectory.
